Podcast Recs?

lunylovegoodloverToday was the first day in possibly my entire life when I was excited to get up and go exercise. That was 100% due to the fact that I was on the final episode of The Strange Case of Starship Iris, and I had convinced myself that I could only listen to podcasts while working out. The problem with this strategy is that... it was the last episode of The Strange Case of Starship Iris.
So! Does anyone have any good recs for podcasts? I'm looking for fiction, something with fantastic characters. I'm always a sucker for romance or found family and lots of shenanigans. Female main characters and queer main characters would also be much appreciated, but I don't know the podcast world well enough to know what my bar should be for that.
Also OH MY GOD is Strange Case of Starship Iris SO WELL WRITTEN. Like, I should not be surprised - it's written by the author wrote The Les Mis Fic. But, like, on top of the fact that it's queer as can be, has characters of color (INCLUDING *MULTIPLE* ASIANS FROM BOTH SOUTH AND EAST ASIA WHAT), and has so many fantastic female characters I can't even count them all - I also actually cared about the plot? Not, like, for the plot's sake, though it's well done, but because I had fallen so far in love with these characters that I cared about what they were caring about. They're the epitome of the found family trope, and they're all so great, and I could go on for hours. And the way the story is FRAMED oh my god. Minor spoilers, but the entire podcast is an audio report that the bad guy government has been secretly recording of our heroes. So you get to hear about the investigation into them at the same time you hear their shenanigans, and get to know the agents working on the case, and. just. WOW was the whole thing well done. This is super incoherent but 11/10 highly recommend please come scream with me about this.
